Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Within 7 days of payment and before work starts: 100% refund.
• After work starts and before invitations are sent: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• After invitations are sent: no refund.
• If we are unable to provide the service: 100% refund.

Event postponement

If your event is postponed, we change the date in your order at no extra cost, and your package and the amount paid stay the same. If the invitations have already been sent, we will agree with you on how to inform the guests of the new date.

Work starts when we receive the event details or begin the design. Cancellation requests are made via WhatsApp at 920066094. The date we receive the request is the date that counts, and the amount is refunded to the same payment method.
