Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the amsiyah.sa website and the services of "Amsiyah" (أمسية), a brand of Dawat Amsiya Company For Information Technology (شركة دعوة أمسية لتقنية المعلومات), Unified National Number 7054127522 ("Amsiyah", "we" or "us"). The "client" is the person who requests the service for their event, and the "guest" is the person the client invites.

By requesting the service or using the website, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, both of which form an integral part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

The client must be 18 years of age or older. Anyone requesting the service on behalf of another person or entity confirms that they are authorized to do so.

3. The service

Amsiyah is a managed service for handling event invitations via WhatsApp. Depending on the package, it includes preparing the guest list, sending the invitation, reminders, following up on responses, QR entry cards and entry management, and delivering the attendance list and final count to the client. The details of each package are set out on the "Packages and Prices" page or in the offer we send to the client.

4. Ordering and contract

The client submits a request through the "Request the service" form on the website or via WhatsApp, and we contact the client to confirm the details. The order becomes confirmed once the client approves the service details and pays the agreed amount.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Saudi riyals as listed on the "Packages and Prices" page or in the offer sent to the client. Payment is made by mada, Visa, the instalment services Tabby and Tamara, or bank transfer. When instalments are chosen, the instalment provider's terms also apply. We send the client an invoice for every payment.

6. Client obligations

• Provide correct guest names and numbers, and update them by the agreed deadlines.
• Have the right to contact the guests, and ensure the guests know their invitation will reach them via WhatsApp through Amsiyah.
• Review and approve the invitation text and design before sending, and be responsible for the accuracy of the information they approve, such as the date, time and venue.
• Not use the service for any purpose other than inviting guests to the agreed event.

7. Invitation content

We do not send any invitation that contains: content that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or public morals; political, sectarian or offensive content; an invitation in the name of a person or entity without their permission; marketing or promotional messages to guests; or anything that violates WhatsApp Business policies. We may refuse or stop any non-compliant invitation, and the order will then be handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Delivery of WhatsApp messages

We send invitations through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) via an authorized provider. A message may fail to arrive for reasons beyond our control, such as the number not being registered on WhatsApp, the guest blocking our number, restrictions imposed by Meta, or a service outage. In such cases, we inform the client of the numbers the invitation did not reach so they can contact those guests themselves, and we are not responsible for the non-delivery.

9. Responses and final count

We deliver the attendance list and final count to the client at the agreed time, based on the guests' responses as received. We do not guarantee that every guest will respond, and we are not responsible for any difference between actual attendance and the responses, such as a guest who confirms attendance and then does not attend.

10. Entry cards

A QR entry card is personal to its holder and to the number of companions assigned to them. Entry on the event day is managed according to the package details, and we are not responsible for a guest sharing their card with others.

11. Cancellation, postponement and refunds

Cancellation, postponement and refund requests are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy published at amsiyah.sa/refund, without prejudice to consumer rights under the E-Commerce Law.

12. Intellectual property

The Amsiyah name, logo, designs and website content belong to the company and may not be used without our written permission. Images, logos and text provided by the client remain the client's property, and the client grants us permission to use them solely to perform the service. We do not show any client's invitation in our marketing without their consent.

13. Limitation of liability

In all cases, our liability shall not exceed the amount the client paid for the service that is the subject of the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages, unless the damage results from fraud or gross negligence on our part.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay in performing the service, or failure to perform it, if caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as internet outages, interruption of WhatsApp services, disasters or government decisions.

15. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at amsiyah.sa/privacy.html.

16. Complaints

To file a complaint, contact us at info@amsiyah.sa or via WhatsApp at 920066094, stating your name, the date of your event and the details of the complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 5 business days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce via 1900 or the "Balagh Tijari" (بلاغ تجاري) app.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the city of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

18. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms and will publish the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Amendments do not apply to orders confirmed before they are published.
